Brand Satellite has created an interactive scratch card to launch Ittria’s new Profit Guarantee marketing initiative.
Ittria, who provide tenant utilities management services to letting agents, has launched the Profit Guarantee campaign to take the guesswork out of comparing providers, by guaranteeing a monthly revenue stream and savings.
Rather than messing about trying to figure out whether a provider can really deliver the commission levels they claim, letting agents simply go to www.ittria.co.uk/profit-guarantee and get their guaranteed monthly payment amount. Every month. Every year.
This initiative is completely unique in the UK and comes on the back of the launch of a number of other free services and new revenue streams.
Ittria now also offers more free services, such as tenant referencing, void bill management and tenant and utility notifications, as well as a host of revenue streams such as utilities, broadband – and soon, rent guarantee and tenant insurance products.
The scratch card concept has a pleasant twist. Both main scratch panels reveal the two ways that letting agents are guaranteed winners – guaranteed monthly commission and guaranteed monthly savings.
The third, ‘BONUS’, scratch panel reveals that they are also the winner of an Amazon Gift Card. They have to email Ittria to claim their Gift Card code, allowing Ittria to capture their contact data.
The scratch cards will initially be used at conferences and events, with a trial direct mail campaign planned for 2020.
“It was a bizarre experience designing the scratch card,” explains Giles Etherington. “It goes against everything I believe in as a designer about simple, stylish design. The client even emailed me at one point, saying: ‘Looks great. Just so I’m sure, it’s meant to look a bit naff, right?'”
